We buy established UK businesses directly from their owners. Turnover of £500k or more, thriving or going through a hard patch, anywhere in the UK. We are operators, not a fund. The companies we buy join a group we run ourselves.

We work with a small number of brokers and accountants who know their clients well. If that is you, here is what you can expect from us. We reply within two working days. We sign a confidentiality agreement before we see any numbers. We make offers in plain English, and we do not chip the price at the last minute without a clear reason. If a business is not right for us, we say so quickly, so nobody's time is wasted.

Introductions are agreed properly, up front and in writing, so your position is protected.
